He was predeceased by: his father Terry Lee Howell Sr.; his grandparents, Thomas, Mary Howell, Calvin, Cecile Roberts and Ola Roberts; and his parents-in-law, Loyd and Avanelle Frazier.
He is survived by: his mother Debbie Howell; his wife Brenda Frazier Howell; his children, Kayla Nicole Howell and Kaden Watson; his brothers, Terry Howell Jr. (Brittany) and Chris Howell (Stacy); and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Cornwell Funeral Home to offset funeral cost.
