She was predeceased by: her parents, Dogan Bellar and Modean Adams Bellar; her husband Herman Lee McGohan; her sons, Doug, Yancy and Brent McGohan; her sister Donna; and her grandchildren, Callie Bellar and Braden Bellar.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Kirk McGohan, Dustin Bellar, Maila Bishop (Mark) and Brandon Clemons; her grandchildren, Cody, Evan, Karley-Beth, Carter and Reece; and her great grandchildren, Laelyn, Amelia, Caroline, Winslet and Jamey.
