He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cleveland Daily Sr. and Gertha Mae Linton Daily; his wife Marion Jo Daily; his children, David Daily and Debbie Tucker; and his brother Mel Daily.

He is survived by: his daughter Carol Batton; his brothers, Gene Daily, Tom Daily, Carl Daily and Don Daily; and his grandchildren, Chrystal, Evan, Cassy, Tyna, Saydra and Chelsea. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
