He is survived by: his children, Ellis W. Foster, Ronald D. Foster, Sundra R. Thompson (Kenny), Tammy L. Bagby and Patricia Loneza; his sisters, Willie Webster and Ruth Jones; his nieces, Phyllis Foster and Laura Martin; and his sister Willa Webster.
