He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Eugene Fowler and Maggie Lou Bennett Fowler; and his siblings, Jewel Painter, Reba Guarino, Louise Tucker, Linda Vodrazka, Junior and James Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Doyle Steven (Tressie), Joe Mike (Lindsay) and Annette (Tony); his siblings, Betty Lewis and Bobby (Lula); his grandchildren, Leslee (Braxton), Chloe, Edie and Aydyn; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Hannah and Eliza.
The family requests that contributions be made to Saddle Up for St. Jude Kids in honor of Doyle's support thru St. Judes Trail Ride.
