She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Lee Smith and Mary Ann Bell Smith; and her sisters, Sue Bankston and Laura Smith. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Vick of Dardanelle; her children, Jan Orr of Texarkana and Michael Morgan (Kirstin) of Fayetteville; her brother Dan R. Smith (Donna) of Cabot; and her grandchildren, Alex Orr, Adam Orr, Ben Morgan, Emily Morgan and Jack Morgan.
