He was predeceased by: his mother Pud Walker; and his sister Joyce Dale Warren. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tygart of Dardanelle; his children, Chris Price of Mt. George, Jessica Stephani of Munich, Germany, Louie Price of Centerville and Audrey Price of Centerville; and his niece Kelly Holaday (Darrel) of Louise, Mississippi..
