He was predeceased by: his parents, William Levi Norris and Ida Floe Crites Norris; his wife Geneva Ruth Norris; and his siblings, Charles, William, Maxie Norris, Johnnie McElroy and Louise Rich.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Norris (Pam), Sandra Reece and Diane Henderson (Tim); and his brothers, James Norris and Johnnie Norris (Marie). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
