It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Max Fowler (Dardanelle, Arkansas), who passed away on March 16, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie E. Fowler; his son Billy Wayne Covey; and his sister Carrie Payne. He is survived by: his children, Richard Fowler, Gene Fowler, Yvonne Bishop, Terry Fowler, Glenda M. Stevens and Judy Bolin. He is also survived by one brother, General Fowler and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
