It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Parks (Dardanelle, Arkansas), who passed away on September 5, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wives, Mary Ruth Parks and Ida Mary Parks; and his siblings, Clarence Lee Parks, Pauline and Lorene.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Charles Edward Parks Jr. of Dardanelle; his sisters, Willie Earcle Sides of Dardanelle, Ruby Gilbert of Dardanelle, Ruthie Dean of Texas and Faye Adkison of California; and also, Clyde Randall and Faye Parks of Dardanelle. He is also survived by step-son and step-daughter-in-law, Dwaine and Kim Millsaps of New Blaine; a step-daughter.
