He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Noukhiem Sountla. He is survived by: his parents, Phengma Phomsithi and Hongkham Souphone Phomsithi of Danville; his wife Jenni Isely Phomsithi of Danville; his children, Tyler Phomsithi (Lisa Renteria) of Danville, Ava Phomsithi of Danville and Andrew Phomsithi of Danville; his fathers-in-law, Art and Randy Isely of Danville; his grandparents, Thin Ketsouryavong, Syla Sountla and Bonnie Isely; his siblings, Siri Phomsithi (Brandon Baker) of Danville, John Phomsithi (Kathy Khamvongsa), David Phomsithi (Tiffany Clowers) and Lion Phomsithi of Danville; and his sisters-in-law, Randee Gilkey (Jeff) of Danville and Alison Wilson of Springdale. He is also survived by three nieces, ten nephews, and a number of uncles and cousins.
