He is survived by: his wife Linda Beth Robinson Garner; his daughters, Belinda Beth (Doug Gibbs), Jessica Lynn (Reid Bethel) and Willo Jean Garner; his grandchildren, Jesse Ray Gibbs and Jade Ray Bethel; his great grandchild Kali Bethel; his sister Linda; and his siblings-in-law, Leroy Randall of Dardanelle, Erma Lea Garner, Barbara Garner and Ida Garner of Danville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
