He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Moring and Dora Moring (Shoptaw); and his siblings, Willis Moring and Wanda Connell (Tommy). He is survived by: his wife Martha Sue Wagner; his children, Marty Moring, Tim Randles (Gloria), Shon Randles (Sydney), Kim Harris (Jerry) and Darla Matthews; his stepchildren, Brandi Tyra (Tim) and Colt James Wagner; and his sister Sandy Murphy (Billy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
