He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie L. Hunt and Allie Hunt (McCubbin); and his siblings, James Hunt, Hershel Hunt, Betty Garner and Edith Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hunt; his sister Reba Sue Williams of Danville; and his sister-in-law Martha Rollans of Fayetteville. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
