Shasta, CA.; his stepmother-in-law Donna Waggoner of Danville; his children, Kenzi Conerty of Parker, CO., Duley Johnson of Danville, Dalton and Rachel Johnson of Salina, Kansas; his siblings, Dawn Lank of Denver, CO., Lynnae Ballew of Dalhart, TX. and Floyd Stolin of Denver, CO.; and his grandchildren, Averi, Kameron, Kaylee, Kade, Zachary, Reid, Brayden, Remy, Leila, Raegan, Duley Jr., Syanna, Lanedyn, Kaelynn, Brook Lynn, Reese, Easton, Dylan, Lyla, Owen and Quintynn.
