She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Hulsey (Joe), Douglas Boultinghouse (Kitty), Dale Burgess (Debbie) and Lynda Keeling (Randy); and her sisters, Betty Jo Smith and Debbie Suttles of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
