He was predeceased by: his parents, James Floyd and Zelia Agatha Shott Frame. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Bowerman Frame; his daughter Sonya (Roger Ellis); his grandchildren, Kane, Chelsea Inman, Kasey and Blake Ward; and his great grandchildren, Kadem, Letti and Payton.
