She was predeceased by: her parents, David W. Phillips and Beatrice Phillips (Wood); her husband Will Smith; and her siblings, Charles Phillips and Emilee Anderson.
She is survived by: her brother Mike Phillips. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
