He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Harlan Lively and Geneva Lively (James); and his mother-in-law Cathy Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lively (Wheeler); his children, Christopher Thorne of Jonesboro, Devin Thorne of Batesville and Blaire Lively of Desha; his brothers, Shane Lively (Julie) of Melbourne and Todd Lively of Cushman; his father-in-law James Wheeler; his brother-in-law Jeff Wheeler (Shylo); his grandchild Alissandria Garcia; and his nephews, Lane, Ethen, Noah, Jaden, Nikko and Thaylan.
