It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Lee McClure of Curtis, Arkansas, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie B. Hill and Annie Bess Brown Hill; her husband Leo McClure; her daughters, Lennetta McClure and Jacqueline Cleon "Jackie" McClure-Goshen; her grandson Cornelius Means; and her daughter-in-law Tanya McClure.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Means of Curtis, AR, Mattie Sue Matlock (Jimmy) of Hot Springs, AR, Jannie C. McClure of Phoenix, AL, Leotis McClure (Pamela) of Curtis, AR, Kenneth F. McClure (Sydney Jester) of Curtis, AR and Emmanuel McClure of Fayetteville, AR; her son-in-law Claudis Goshen of Curtis, AR.; her siblings, Virginia Jefferson, Brenda Goven (Rickey), Tammy Zambrana, Melissa Box (Dale), Glenn Hill (Gloria), Tommy Hill, Gary Hill (Janice), Rodney Hill (Carolyn) and Kenny Walker; and her close friends, Sandra Brim, Debra Purifoy and Mattie Bailey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, numerous friends.
