He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sullivan and Vona Sawyer; and his brother James David Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hollis Sullivan of Crossett; his daughters, Gibi Lynne Blue (Monte) of Bryant, AR and Jill Mik'anna Pippen (Wayne) of Crossett; his stepson Brett Morgan Sullivan (Jamie) of Lake Charles, LA; his brother-in-law Mike Hollis (Pauline) of Crossett; and his grandchildren, Dillon Thomas Blue (Ruth), Cody Michael Blue, Katilynn Kirkwood and Kylee Kirkwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
