She is survived by: her son Blake Allen Winter (Jasmine); her mother Melba Burton of Monticello, AR; her stepmother Angela Fulmer of Monroe, LA; and her siblings, Dewana Lynn Fulmer Locke of Conway, AR, Cindy Tomick (John) of North Carolina, Michael Shane Stringer of Hot Springs, AR, Rusty Fulmer (Autumn) of Monroe, LA, B. W. Fulmer (Tammy) of Monroe, LA and Eddie Woodson of Monroe, LA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
