We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2024, at the age of 86, Shirley Ann Norrell of Crossett, Arkansas, born in Huttig, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodie Smith and Minnie Freeman Smith; her daughter Carol Lynn Spurlock; her siblings, Nina DeShazo, Maudine Little, Amelia Vance, Bill Smith, Jerry Smith and Gene "Pug" Smith; her great grandchild Felisha Smith; and her daughter-in-law Lois Ann Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Lamar Smith (Nancy) of Morrilton, AR, Jack Murphy of Bastrop, TX, Pete Murphy (Martha) of Crossett, Donnie Murphy of Crossett, Paula Cameron of Crossett, Sandy Mee (Jeff) of Haskel, AR, Mike Norrell of Little Rock, AR and Beverly Land (Drayton) of El Dorado, AR; and her sister Barbara Sue Pace of Marion, LA. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
