She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Black and Irene Black Cummings; her granddaughter Lisa Walker; and her siblings, Eddie Black, Danny Black and Judy Allen.
She is survived by: her son Edwin Walker; her granddaughter Melinda Nicholson (Terry) of Ashland, TN; her siblings, Hughlene Rice of Crossett, Susan Black of Bossier City, LA, Jan Henderson of Shreveport, LA, Glenda Quint (Bernie) of Haughton, LA and Larry Black (Wandza) of Crossett; her sister-in-law Debbie Black of Shreveport, LA; and her grandchildren, Michael Edward Walker (Stephanie), Crystal Dabney, Brandon Upchurch (Elizabeth), James Upchurch (Brittany) and Samantha Nicholson. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
