He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Sloan and Lottie Elizabeth Rainwater (Cobbs); and his brother James Allan Rainwater. He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Sue (Orr) of Crossett; his sons, Jason Rainwater (Kristi) of Little Rock, AR and Luke Rainwater (Noelle) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Elliott Rainwater, Brannon Rainwater and Cohen Rainwater; his sister Judy Brooks (Ronnie) of Austin, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Glenn (Mark) of Bossier City, LA and Don Orr (Renee) of El Dorado, AR. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
