He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Pauline Wall Sullivan; and his parents-in-law, Roy and Lois Rice. He is survived by: his wife Zenia Dell Rice Sullivan; and his siblings, Peggy and James Owen Sullivan (Jo Ann) of Beebe, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crossroads Cemetery (West St, Crossett, AR 71635). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
