It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Wayne Neal Sr. of Crossett, Arkansas, born in Delhi, Louisiana, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Melton and Daisy Marie Nethery Neal; and his siblings, Ethel Marie Neal (Carolyn Wiggins) and Russell Dean "Rusty" Neal. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Neal, Jr. (Ann) of Crossett, Lesa Neal Streeter (Kevin) of Crossett, Cindy Norman (Jeremy) of Hamburg and Michelle Biggs (Tommy) of Crossett; and his stepson Riley Slack of Crossett. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren; his beloved fur baby, "Frankie"; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and ex-wives.
