He is survived by: his wife Betty Jeannette Blankenship Tyson of Crossett; his siblings, Gearl Paige (Steve) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Johnnie "Jobie" Johnston (Phillip) of Clinton, AR, Kenneth Tyson (Karen) of Jonesboro, AR and Greg Tyson of Banks, AR; his grandsons, Mark Allen Tyson and Brady Michael Tyson; and his great grandchildren, Annabell Hays of Crossett and Rhyatt Watt of Crossett.
