With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel Mae Howell (Crossett, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her father Clay Henry Howell; her son Robert Howell; her grandson Edwardian D'Robert Howell; and her siblings, Mae Ella Davis, Lue Ella Benton, Kerry Palmer, Alex Howell, Sammy Howell, Henry Richard Howell and Clay Henry Howell, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Gracey Howell; her grandchildren, Sean Howell, Jamion Howell, Zariah Howell and Kariah Bass; her great grandchild Zechariah Howell; her sister Rose Mary Daniels; and her goddaughter Redenna Tate. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service Chapel (2501 US-82, Crossett, AR 71635). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (9461 Strong Hwy, Strong, AR 71765).
