He is survived by: his wife Hilda Lum Hebert; his children, Sandra Smaltz (Matthew) of Big Rapids, MI, Keri Loy (Jeff) of Woodworth, LA, David Hebert of Crossett, AR and Keith Hebert (Tina) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Nick), Jonathan (Kate), Sean, Kristin, Christopher (Alex), Wayne and Sarah; and his siblings, Rita Hays (Terry) and Ralph Hebert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
