He was predeceased by: his father Fred Hipp, Sr.; and his brother Herbie Hipp. He is survived by: his wife Luz Hipp of Crossett; his daughters, Aileen Hernandez (Carlos) of Crossett, Aliyah Hipp of Fayetteville, AR, Silvia Brown of Hamburg and Grettel Torres of Veracruz, Mexico; his mother Pamela J. Hipp; his brothers, Howard Hipp of Crossett and Fred Hipp Jr. (Jeanne) of Crossett; his grandchildren, Aubrielle, Archer and Abdiel Hernandez; and his godchildren, Manuel Chavez, Jr., Javier Olivares and Haylee Chavez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
