It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Earl Nelms of Crossett, Arkansas, born in Montrose, Arkansas, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Emmily Marie Nelms; his mother Emma Florence Streeter Nelms; his brothers, A. B. Nelms, Cecil Nelms, Leo Nelms, John Curtis Nelms and Jackie Nelms; and his nephews, Billy Dewayne Nelms, Terry Nelms, Benji Nelms and Walter King.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Murphy Nelms of Crossett; his daughters, Karen Andrade of Monticello, Stacy Cessor (Clay) of Halley, Brandy Thomas (Sean) of Crossett and Amy Anders (Eddie) of Crossett; his sisters, Betty Sue Shirley of Vaiden, Marcelle Buckner (Jerry) of Hamburg and Kathy Greenwood (Terry) of Hamburg; and his grandchildren, Kelsi Poe, Justin Earl Poe, Travis Earl Cessor, Trisha Cessor, Tori Cessor, Jacob Allen Thomas, Joshua Wayne Thomas, Sean Dylan Thomas, Lexi Hartley, Dawson Cole Hartley, Joshua Aiden Hickam, Harmoney Hickam, Rayna Catalanotto, Chase Brandon Starks and Landyn Zane Anders. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
