With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of DeWayne Thurman of Crossett, Arkansas, born in Monticello, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil (Margie Mhoon Thurman); his brother Dennis Thurman; his granddaughter Morgan Pippen; and his sisters-in-law, Catherine Thurman and Barbara Thurman.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hogue Thurman; his children, Tonya Willis (Jeff) of Crossett, Rhonda Pippen (BJ) of Crossett, Daryl Thurman (Janice) of Crossett and Wayman Thurman (Jessica) of Bentonville, AR; his brothers, Larry Thurman (Donna) of Searcy, AR and Curtis Thurman of Enola, AR; his sister-in-law Edith Thurman of Lacey, AR; his grandchildren, Dustyn Willis, Zac Pippen (Brooke), Alexia Carpenter (Aaron), Brady Pippen (McKenzie), Jep Pippen, Hagen, Kirsten, Braxton and Kaitlyn Thurman; and his great grandchildren, Mason Thurman, Mary Ashleigh, Avery Pippen and Eli Carpenter.
