He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Locke and R. D. "Zip" Harper. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Ashlie Harper of Crossett and Candace Lane Jerry (Brian) of Crossett; his grandchildren, Austin Measel and Briana Jerry; and his former wife Patti Lane Roan.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Medders Funeral Home of Crossett (1564 State Hwy 52 W, Crossett, AR 71635). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at the Pinewood Memorial Park.
