She is survived by: her husband Marion Carter, Jr.; her children, Nicole Carter (Paige) of Crossett, Jimmy Phillips (Renee) of Fordyce and Trey Carter (Julie Gifford); her brothers, Jim Langrell of Sheridan and Johnny Langrell of Pine Bluff; her sister-in-law Wanda Langrell of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Tristan Phillips, Brandon Phillips, Wyatt Carter, Madison Carter, Talan Carter and Kensley Cross; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Abel, Montana, Beckett and Tatum.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home (302 E Lincoln St, Hamburg, AR 71646). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Magnolia Baptist Church (822 Marais Saline, Crossett, AR 71635). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the Carter Cemetery.
