He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Columbus and Sallie Pink Duckworth Moffatt; and his sister Maureen Moffatt Davis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Janice McKelvy; his children, Denise White (Greg) of Benton, AR, Donna Sasser (Scott) of Milo and David Moffatt (Beth) of Kennesaw, GA; his grandchildren, Leighton White (Amanda), Landon White, Lindley White (Lindsay), Laura Hancock (Hudson), Elise Rakestraw (Clayton), Carli Sasser and Sadie Sasser; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Lily, Kyndall, Copeland and Nora; and his close friend Jason Sasser.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Crossett General Fund in his memory.
