He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Cooley and Chloe Doss Cooley; his wife Betty Jo Cooley; and his siblings, Robert, Cecil, Virgil Cooley, Elois Fletcher and Billie June Barnett.
He is survived by: his children, Darrin Cooley (Candace) of Crossett, AR, Charles David Cooley (Jennifer) of Jadwin, MO, Andrew Cooley of North Arkansas and Beverly Jackson (John) of Crossett, AR; and his siblings, Curtis Glenn Cooley (Doris) of Crossett, AR and Dorothy Johnson (Tommy) of Holladay, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
