He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Ambria and Ella Morley Williams; and his siblings, John Williams, Marie Goodrum, Jewel Dene Sylvest and Ina Menninger.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hyle Williams; his children, Ricky Williams (Sharon), Chuck Williams (Jennifer) and Jennifer Jordan (Marty) of Crossett; his brother Leo Williams (Pat) of Pinehill; his sisters-in-law, Beatrice Williams of Harrison and Sarah Kasson of Lakewood, Colorado; his grandchildren, Nicole (Tara), Sara (Scott), Kayley (Ron), Brittany (Brady), Jayla, Drew (Shanae), Ben and Skylar (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Houston, Tucker, Nash and Dawson (Taylor); and his great great grandchildren, Seylor, Abel and Blakellie Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
