We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 89, Allene Myrtis Carter of Crossett, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob L. Wallace and Susie L. Armstrong Wallace; her husband Tommy Rudolph Carter; and her granddaughter Alicia Kay Liles. She is survived by: her children, Tommy "Tom" R. Carter Jr. (Brenda) of Hot Springs, AR. and Deborah K. Carter Ross of Crossett, AR.; her grandchildren, Noah Liles, Abigail Liles and Sophia Liles; and her grandson-in-law Jonathan Liles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
