He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Charlotte Douglas of DeWitt, Jimmy Starks of Plummerville, Vicky Starks of Crockett's Bluff, Tracy Weiner of Fayetteville, Chris Marcum of Eudora and Samantha Starks of Fayetteville; and his siblings, Leon, Charles, Stevie Starks and Lynda Starks. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
