It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Tell Tarlton of Cove, Arkansas, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Damon Tarlton and Bessie Stephens Tarlton; and his siblings, Ima Mize, Jewell Thielemier, Bonnie Washer and Doyle Tarlton.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Gibbons Tarlton; his children, Jan Fortney (Alan) of Maumelle, Larry Tarlton (Janet) of Wynne, Tammy Veirs (Ron) of Franklin, TN, Steve Tarlton (Ebbie) of Green Forest, Lesa Bell (Kirk) of Mineral Springs, Beverly Welsh (Jonathan) of Mena, Carl Pate (Shelia) of Mena and Beth Brainerd of Conway; and his grandchildren, Kim Belt of Conway, Tara Brooks of Fort Worth, TX., Matt Fisher, Paige Parrish of Virginia Beach, VA., Megan Worthern of Nashville, Chad Goss, Steven Hooper, Kristen Hooper of Van Buren, Daniel Pate of Mena, Jon Pate of Mena, Anna Brainerd, Paul Brainerd and Jack Brainerd of Conway. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
