He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Franklin and Leatha Marie Martin Hinkle; and his brother-in-law Don Parker. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Jean Hinkle; his children, Laura Lowe of Wyoming, Leatha Robey of Wickes, Mary Sexton (Vernon) of Wyoming, Billie Jean Smith (Scott) of Oregon and William Hinkle, Jr.; his wife Sunshine Hinkle of Wickes; his siblings, Shirley Parker of Pea Ridge, Charles Hinkle (Cindy) of Texas, Gary Hinkle of Wickes, Ronnie Hinkle and Tommy Hinkle; and also Joe Hinkle of Jonesboro. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, four of which he raised as his own, Samantha Rhea Molina of De Queen, Crystal LeAnn Reid and her husband Ryan of Deirks, Gary Robey of De Queen, and Briley Robey of De Queen; 17 greatgrandchildren.
