He is survived by: his friend Leon Evans; his wife Tammie Kyle of Cove; his children, Billy Paul Souther of Pine Bluff, Lindasue Souther of Little Rock and Johanna Souther of Norman, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Mark Kyle of Mena, Candy Martin of Blytheville, Helen Rodriguez of Memphis, Sheila Huffman of Mena, Brenda Deer of Booneville, Terri Carver of Muse and Anna Deer of Boonville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
