She is survived by: her mother Debra Smith of Cove, Arkansas; her husband Donald Smith of Timpson, Texas; her sons, Donald Thomas Smith of Timpson, Brandon Lee Smith (Haley) of Ft. Smith and William James Smith of Timpson, Texas; her father Tommy Douglas; her sister Jennifer Belknap (Steve) of Cove, Arkansas; and her grandmother Ramona Moller of Cove, Arkansas.
