He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Owen Garrett, Jr. and Janelle Garrett (Ritchie); and his pet Annabelle. He is survived by: his pet Outlaw; his wife Taryn J. Jinks; his daughter Victoria Decker of Mena, Arkansas; his siblings, Tucker Garrett of Florida, Richard Garrett (Mi Sun) of Colorado, Alan Garrett of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Cindy Goad of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and his close friends, Ernie Cantrel of Florida and Cecil Benner of Wyoming. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
