He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvin and Georgia Mae Gunn (Hood); and his brother Morris Gunn. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Gunn; his sons, Derrick Gunn (Sheree), James Gunn (Heather) and Adam Gunn; his grandchildren, Scott, Brenna, Kylie, Wyatt, Gracie, Blake and Saylor; his great grandchildren, Ian, Ivory and Russ; and his siblings, Steven Gunn, Georgia, Leola, Wanda, Angela and Melody. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home (611 Janssen Ave, Mena, AR 71953). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery (288 Rd Cove).
