He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo "Nooks" Ashcraft and Lily Estelle Ashcraft. He is survived by: his wife Letha; his children, Jeffrey Don Ashcraft (Bobbie) and Dawnyelle Doreen Boutwell; his stepchildren, Kimberly Dawn Spencer, Leslie Lynn McCoy and Charles Edward Raines, III; and his sister Linda Watkins. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
