He is survived by: his wife Sandy Kelems of Cove; his children, Bland "Neil" Kelems Jr. of Cove, Tony Kelems (Linda Neer) of Mena, Steven Kelems (Brook) of Mena, Betty Kelems (Junior) of Jonesboro, Susan Kelems of Jonesboro and Tiffanie Cannon (Micah) of Mena; and his siblings, Mary Penny Baker (Steve) of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Duane Isaacs of Cove and Chuck Burkett (Charity) of Cove. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
