She was predeceased by: her parents, Eutah Evans and Ora Eva Voyles Evans; her husband Arvil Watts; her daughters, Deborah Hatman and Bonnie Cain; and her siblings, Tracy Evans, Terry Evans, Jean Evans, Anita Evans and Madlyn Cates.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Lopez (Rick) of Phoenix, AZ, Lesa Molina (Robert) of Montgomery, IL and William Watts (Virginia) of Corning; and her sisters, Betty Clements (Bobby) of Ravenden, Thomy Tillman (Joe) of Imboden and Billie Hulon (Neal) of Jonesboro. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
