With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Phelan of Corning, Arkansas, who passed away on November 15, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Roberts and Ada Roberts (Vines); her daughter Elizabeth Lucy; her siblings, Roland Roberts, Evelyn Johnson, Verdis Roberts, Mary Gaffney and Anita Licavoli; and her grandson Derek Lucy.
She is survived by: her spouse Gene Phelan; her sons, Wesley Phelan of Bull Shoals, AR. and Dr. David Phelan of Rogers, AR.; and her siblings, Darrell Robert and Sandra Pikey of Blackwell, MO.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
